Stephan Chadwick was born in Warwick but was raised predominantly in South County. He graduated from South Kingstown High School and University of Rhode Island. Currently, he resides in Narragansett with his wife, a teacher in South Kingstown and three of their five children.

Stephen has been involved with South County Community for many years serving as the Narragansett High School basketball coach for over 15 years, vice president of the South Kingstown Little League as well as a coach for them, and basketball referee for South Kingstown Parks and Recreation for 40 years.

Stephen has been in real estate since 2015 and brings with him his wealth knowledge of South County area. He has worked in the business field for over 30 years primarily in the Beverage Industry and his work with sales and creating a wonderful working relationship with his customers carries over into his real estate work.
